MarBEF announces a call for training courses in
2008. For the third (and likely last) time MarBEF opens a call for
training courses. The call is for training courses in the year 2008. The
scientific content of the courses shall support the aims of the MarBEF
network of excellence.
Fellowship
Programme for Deep Sea taxonomists. The
Census of the Diversity of
Abyssal Marine Life (CeDAMar) continues to offer a fellowship prorgramme
for deep-sea taxonomists.The next deadline for applications
is 15 March, 2007- don't miss it!
Plankton
Bloom Dynamics - "An integrative approach to using molecular and
genomic tools"
A Marine Genomics Europe Summer course co-organised
with Marbef. The summer school will be held in Barcelona, Spain, 4 - 15
June 2007.

summer school - "Habitat modelling of marine populations" organised
by Benjamin Planque and Sandrine Vaz. The summer school will be held in
Lisbon, Portugal, 2 - 13 July 2007.
